Recently actor Ludi Lin who acted as Zack (black ranger) in Power rangers movie revealed to kiss radio that one scene was cut from movie for being too bloody. Lin said to Kiss Radio the scene which was cut from the Power rangers movie for being too bloody.

“ I will tell you about the scene that was not ever made in the power rangers movie because it is too violent and too bloody. This was a fight scene between me and red ranger Dacre (Montgomery), and we had this enormous fight because there is a kind of a competition going on between us. That was a funny day. Power rangers has been going on in Japan for more than 40 years and this is their baby. The Japanese guys the original creator of the Power Rangers along with his entire support was sent to our set for a visit. The Japanese guys were watching us fighting and in Japan in Power Rangers there is not really any blood, it had lots of sparks. But on that day we are going full out and kept on asking for more and more fake blood. For a couple of times we unintentionally clotted each other for real. So, we both are bleeding for real and there was fake blood everywhere. The Japanese guys saw us and they were shocked.”
This is that one scene was cut from Power Rangers movie for being too bloody. Well, this is certainly not a family friendly film beside it is a action film. While the action sequence between Zack and Jason have been a thrilling sequence, but it never made into the film.
The power rangers movie was actually different from the original TV series power rangers. The violence scenes in children’s TV series were almost cartoonish, with large sparks indicating when either a villain or hero are hit. But the action scenes in the power rangers movie are far more serious, with Billy the blue ranger even briefly dying during the middle half of the film.
