Donald Trump was the 4th child of Fred Trump and Mary Anne. He was born on June 14, 1946. His father is a real estate tycoon. Because of his family’s wealth, Trump was expected to work for the lowest-tier jobs within his father’s company and he went to the military academy at age of 13. Trump said that he entered into real estate with an S1m loan from his father before joining the company. He managed his father’s portfolio of residential housing projects in the New York City and took the company under his control and renamed it as Trump Organization – in 1971. Trump’s father died in 1999 and Trump said that his father was his inspiration.

Donald Trump shifted his family’s business from residential units in Brooklyn and Queens to Manhattan projects by changing the rundown Commodore Hotel into the Grand Hyatt and erecting the most famous Trump property, the 68th story Trump Tower on 5th avenue. The other properties belonging to Donald Trump are beard with the famous name followed by Trump Place, Trump World Tower, Trump International Hotel and Tower and many more. There are number of Trump towers located in Mumbai, Philippines, and Istanbul.

Before he became President he also developed Hotels and Casinos. Trump also built an empire in the entertainment business. Trump was also an owner in the Miss Universe, Miss USA, and Miss Teen USA beauty scenes. Trump first made his debuted in NVC reality television show called The Apprentice, in which many contestants compete for a shot at a management job within Trump’s organization. He hosted the show for 14 seasons and claimed a financial disclosure form that was paid a total of $213m by the network during the show’s run.

Donald Trump has written several books and he owns a line of merchandise which sells everything from neckties to water bottles. According to Forbes, Trump’s net worth is $3.7 billion but Trump repeatedly insisted that his net worth is $10billion.

Donald Trump expressed his interest in running for President as early in 1987 and he entered the 2000 race as a Reform Party candidate. Trump became one of the most outspoken members of the birther movement after 2008. In that moment he questions whether Barack Obama was born in the U.S. Those claims have been exposed, Obama was born in Hawaii. Trump finally admitted that there was no truth in the claims during the presidential race. In June 2015 Trump formally announced his entrance into the White House race.

“We need somebody that literally will take this country and make it great again. We can do that,” Trump said in his announcement speech, promising that as a candidate with no need to fundraise he answered to no special interests and was the perfect outsider candidate.

Donald Trump’s campaign for the presidency was rocked by many controversies and some of them include the emergence of a recording from 2005 of Trump remarks about women and claims including from members of his own party that was not fit for office. But Trump consistently said that his army of supporters that he would defy the opinion polls, which mostly had him trailing Hilary Clinton, and that his presidency would strike a blow against the political establishment in Washington.

Trump took inspiration from the successful campaign to get Britain out of the European Union saying he would pull off Brexit times 10. Trump’s stunning victory was still sinking in the US. His followers got the chance to see him in the Oval Office when Trump and Obama met for transition talks 2 days after Election Day. Trump is the 1st US President that never to have held elected office or served in the military, he had made history before he was sworn in as America’s 45th President.
